ODN Energy develops, designs, and delivers renewable power and data center infrastructure across Türkiye, Europe, and the United States.
We are an infrastructure development and engineering firm headquartered in Türkiye and the United States. We work across the full lifecycle of renewable power plants, battery energy storage systems, transmission and substation assets, and large-scale data centers. Our team brings together licensed engineers, project developers, procurement specialists, and commercial advisors under one roof, with operating experience across utility-scale solar, wind, BESS, and high-voltage transmission.
We are not a consultancy that walks away at the engineering deliverable. We carry projects from feasibility through commissioning, and we structure every engagement so that one team owns the technical, commercial, and execution risk.
Services
ODN Energy operates across the full project lifecycle for renewable power, energy storage, transmission, and data center infrastructure. Our services are structured so that clients can engage us at any stage, from a single piece of equipment to a full turnkey program, and scale the relationship as the project moves forward.
-
We develop utility-scale renewable energy projects and data center campuses in Türkiye, Europe, and the United States. On the renewable side, this covers solar PV, onshore wind, and battery energy storage, from greenfield site identification through interconnection studies, permitting, environmental and social due diligence, PPA structuring, and financial close. On the data center side, we identify and qualify sites against power availability, fiber connectivity, water resources, latency, and jurisdictional incentives, and carry projects through entitlement, design, and capital partner introductions.
We invest in projects at risk, partner with strategic and financial co-developers, and exit at points that match the client's hold strategy. Whether a project is sold at notice-to-proceed, taken to commercial operation, or held long-term, the development workstream is built to be bankable from day one.
-
Our engineering practice covers concept design and detailed engineering for power plants, data centers, battery energy storage systems, substations, and energy transmission lines. Deliverables include feasibility studies, basic engineering packages, IFC drawings, electrical and civil detail design, single-line diagrams, protection coordination studies, grounding and lightning protection, and full bills of material ready for procurement.
Every engineering output is produced by licensed engineers and signed off against the applicable national code, whether that is the Turkish Electricity Distribution Regulation, IEC standards across the EU, or NEC, ANSI, and IEEE requirements in the United States. We routinely operate in jurisdictions that require dual or triple compliance, and our documentation is built to survive lender technical advisor review without rework.
-
ODN Energy operates a procurement function that ranges from supplying a single transformer to running a full multi-package competitive tender. We support clients with item-level procurement, end-to-end purchasing management, tender administration, and consolidated bulk purchasing where scale produces meaningful pricing advantage.
Through long-standing partnerships with manufacturers in Europe and Asia, we supply power transformers, distribution transformers, data center transformers, battery energy storage systems (BESS), PV modules, e-houses, mobile substations, modular data center solutions, cabinets for data centers, medium and low voltage electrical equipment, power and communication cables, transmission towers, and conductors. Every package is delivered with factory documentation, traceability records, warranty coverage, and local commissioning assistance.
-
For clients who are developing or financing projects but do not want to staff a full technical team, ODN Energy serves as the owner's engineer across power plants, data centers, energy storage systems, substations, and transmission lines. The role covers technology selection, design review, EPC contract structuring and tender management advisory, third-party Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), construction supervision, and commissioning oversight.
We also run full project management mandates where ODN Energy holds the program plan, manages the contractor interfaces, controls cost and schedule, and reports to the client and lenders. This is the engagement model investors and corporate owners use when they need execution accountability without taking on the staffing burden of an in-house EPC team.
-
As clients expand into new geographies, ODN Energy provides business development advisory for entry into Middle East, Africa, European, and American renewable energy markets. The work covers regulatory and grid environment assessment, partner and counterparty mapping, route-to-market design, local entity structuring, and the first wave of project origination on the ground.
We also advise on mergers and acquisitions for renewable energy projects, supporting buy-side and sell-side mandates through technical due diligence, commercial valuation, equipment and EPC quality assessment, and post-acquisition integration planning. Our M&A work is grounded in operational engineering experience, which is what allows us to surface the technical risks pure financial advisors typically miss.

Strategic Partnerships
ODN Energy operates a curated network of manufacturing partners across Europe and Asia, selected against engineering standards rather than commercial convenience. Each relationship is structured as a long-term partnership with direct factory access, not a transactional reseller arrangement. That distinction matters. It gives our clients factory-level pricing, traceable quality control, priority manufacturing slots in tight supply windows, and a documented chain of custody from production line to project site.
Why ODN Energy
Clients choose ODN Energy when a project demands engineering depth, commercial fluency, and execution accountability under one contract. Four things separate us from a standard EPC contractor or boutique consultancy.
-
From feasibility to commissioning, ODN Energy operates as a single accountable partner. There are no contractual gaps between development, engineering, procurement, and construction phases, and no handoffs that force the client to reassemble context every time a new team takes over. One project lead. One escalation path. One firm responsible for the outcome.
-
We operate as licensed engineers and registered entities across Türkiye, the European Union, and the United States, with active project experience in the Middle East and Africa. That footprint allows us to deliver against Turkish, EU, US, and emerging market codes simultaneously, and it is what makes ODN Energy a credible partner for cross-border programs.
-
Our procurement is built on direct, long-term relationships with certified manufacturers in Europe and Asia for transformers, BESS, PV modules, data center equipment, switchgear, cables, and transmission hardware. We eliminate intermediary markups, secure factory-level quality control, and back every shipment with documentation, warranty, and local commissioning support.
-
ODN Energy was founded around the asset classes that will define the next decade of grid investment: utility-scale renewables, battery energy storage, large-scale data centers, and the transmission infrastructure that ties them together. Every part of the firm, from engineering practice to procurement network to advisory team, is organized around these four asset classes and the interfaces between them.
